By putting the customer first, The Warehouse succeeds in being one of the best retailers in New Zealand, and our friendly, helpful Team Members help keep our customers shopping with us. **Job Description** This is a permanent full-time position with the following hours of work**: - Sunday and Monday: 10am to 6:30pm - Tuesday to Thursday: 12:30pm to 9:00pm We seek a self-motivated, enthusiastic Sales Support 2IC to assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing the team responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the ‘front of house’. You will also support back-of-house operations, ensuring internal audit requirements are met, and administration tasks are completed daily. Therefore, this role requires a strong customer focus and a passion for retail, contributing to a positive customer experience.
