We're looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Operators to join our Paving Crew based out of Mt Wellington
- Auckland.

In addition to the above you will:

- Operate paving machinery, including asphalt pavers, rollers, excavators and other related equipment.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain paving equipment to ensure efficient operation and high-quality output.
- Attend and take part in pre-start meetings, understanding hazards and H&S risks
- Conduct general labourer duties when required to ensure timely completion per project timeframes
- Work closely with other construction team members, including labourers, forepersons, and site supervisors.

The official title for this role will be Specialist Operator. This role is a Full Time, Permanent position guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours per week. The wage ranges from $26.34 - 36.85 per hour, this role may include penal rates pending on the chosen agreement.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Hold a Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence and WTR Endorsement
- Class 2 NZ Drivers Licence is preferred
- Having strong competency operating asphalt pavers, rollers, excavators in the construction industry
- Have the willingness to help out with labouring duties when required
- Able to work both day and night shifts and weekends as/when required
