What we are looking for
We are looking for a local Operations Specialist - to support our team and supervise ongoing operations. You’ll be someone who is customer focused and thinks operationally.

What you’ll do
Drive forward Beam's operations across multiple operational verticals, including charging infrastructure, fleet management, warehouse / supply chain management, and event management.
- Support the Warehouse Operations:

- Ensuring that the battery charging capacity cope with the demand
- Establish a smooth inflow/outflow process of vehicles from the workshop to deployments
- Coordinate the workshop priorities and engage with vehicles repairs as needed
- Identify key operational metrics and manage a tight ship
- Innovate constantly on existing processes and products
- Coordinate team of dozens of Scooter Marshals/Rangers who support the operations
- Provide customer service support
- Build reports, including council and incident reports
- Track and manage scooters

**Requirements**:

- Experience with people management and training.
- Previous experience in transport / logistics is not necessary, but willingness to learn and get into the weeds of the business is critical
- Passion for solving problems and delivering a great customer experience
- Highly analytical and creative problem solver, product driven mindset
- Be a self starter - you’ll get broad exposure to all aspects of the business and this is a great position to fast track your start-up career
- Strong Excel skills / SQL knowledge a bonus
- Proactive and hands-on attitude - you’ll be doing physical work as required (driving and repair in the warehouse). Previous mechanics/warehousing experience is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
