**The opportunity**

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our busy team at the Barkes Corner Customer Service Team.

This role is permanent full-time based in Tauranga

You will be committed to delivering exceptional customer services and love working with people.

**To set you up for success, you'll have**
- Genuine customer focus
- A positive 'can do' attitude, and thrive in varied situations
- A readiness to walk in our customers shoes and take the customer journey
- Genuine empathy
- The aptitude to work cooperatively within a team, and yet autonomously
- Plenty of common sense and initiative
- Competency in the use of Microsoft products and document management
- A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
- A current full driver's licence
