Customer Service representative Wanted Excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-established Bay of Plenty based cleaning company and become a part of a great team. We are looking for 2 PERMANENT full-time (30 hours fixed per week, workdays from Monday to Sunday in roster) Customer Service representatives to grow with our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right people and will allow access into a reputable and experienced company. The duties include:  Receive and screen incoming calls or gather other information that needs to get to the right people Open, sort and route incoming mails, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mails Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or cheques Work closely with team member Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes Work with computers to prepare teaching materials, input data, and communicate by email Maintain and update client leads, mailing, and database systems Speak with people outside the office and greet incoming visitors Confirm appointments with client for new cleaning projects Make sure finished work is free of mistakes when performing data processing or writing letters or other documents To be successful you will need to: Relevant 1 year work experience in Customer Service or admin will be an advantage, or Have a relevant level 2 or 3 certificates or equivalent Have "can-do" attitude and team Spirit Excellent organization and time-management skills Advanced Computer literacy, communication skills and administrative skills Benefits we offer: Work with a great team that focuses on delivering excellence Reputable company that truly values what you contribute A knowledgeable, high-achieving, experienced and fun team A competitive hourly rate of $25.00- $30.00 per hour depending on learning abilities If you are a proactive person, and a great team player, please send your CV to my job space platform.
