Ara Whiwhi Mahi - The opportunity
We have an opportunity for Customer Service Assistants to join us on a fixed-term basis for 12 months (20 - 35 hours a week). As a Customer Service Assistant in Customer and Compliance Services, our goal is to give our customers the best possible experience and to ensure we are delivering the right advice and information at the right time. We're looking for talented people that are passionate about the service they provide.
Our Customer Service Assistant roles are busy and each day you will play a critical role in assisting in delivering timely, accurate and professional service to predominantly individual customers.
Previous customer service is beneficial for this role and as you work remotely your digital literacy is sound as all the training will be entirely virtual.

**Hours of work**: As you work remotely, your hours of work will have to be between 7.30am and 8.30pm. Monday to Friday.

**Internet requirement**: to ensure you can comfortably work from home with our technology you will need:

- to use home WIFI in 5GHz or 2GHz.
