**Your role**

In this Bulk Liquids Transport Scheduler role, you will be responsible for managing day to day operations of IXOM’s Bulk Liquid Transport tankers to ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers. Integral to this role will be your ability to ensure our drivers maintain Safety, Health and Environmental standards, manage the fleet to deliver on productivity targets.

Working as part of the Mount Maunganui Bulk Liquids Transport team which is a 7-day a week operation, your work roster for this position is 4 days on and 4 days off, 12-hour shifts, plus OT and allowances (when available) on top of your base salary.

**Your responsibilities**
- Produce daily /weekly plan to meet customer and manufacturing requirements.
- Prepare and review weekly bulk schedule
- Contribute to annual capacity plan and fleet replacement plan
- Attend daily site Production/ Manufacturing meetings
- Completion of daily BLT meeting and KPI publish and review
- Scheduling of deliveries to meet productivity and efficiency targets
- Coordination of 3PL resources to meet the plan and contract commitments
- Weekly and monthly reviews with 3PL’s
- Driver performance reviews with BLT NI Manager

**Your skills and experience**
- Experience in Dispatching/ Fleet Scheduling
- Experience with Scheduling software
- Experience Driving Class 5 Heavy Vehicle and Dangerous Goods licence would be advantageous
