We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Dispatcher/Scheduler to join our team. As part of a close-knit unit of two, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of this business.

Your primary responsibilities will include planning and coordinating deliveries of specialised products to clients across Auckland, fostering strong relationships with drivers and providing excellent customer service.

The key responsibilities will be as per below:

- Plan and dispatch deliveries of specialised products to clients across
- Auckland Metro and extending through to the central North Island.
- Support, manage and develop strong relationships with our team of drivers, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
- Liaise with customers to address any inquiries or concerns related to deliveries.
- Utilise runs and transport computer systems proficiently to carry out day-to-day tasks effectively.

You will be required to work for **minimum of 30 hours per week**.

Other requirements will be as per below:

- You must be NZ resident/citizen or on a valid work visa.
- Good coordination skills
- Interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
