**_About the Job_**
- The Area Manager is the local ambassador for company information, ensuring that each of their team members are connected to Triton Hearing’s strategy and vision and are implementing plans and initiatives consistently across the local area. In addition, they support and mentor graduates and supervisors and lead on the recruitment strategy for their team.- Own and drive all aspects of Area performance (commercial, client, employee
- Deliver against key performance indicators for the Area
- Promote the vision, mission and values of Triton Hearing to internal and external stakeholders
- Motivate and support team members to provide quality, business focused support and solutions
- Manage individual performance through positive feedback, peer mentorship where appropriate and escalating concerns of poor performance or barriers to success in a timely manner including completion of appraisals and development interventions
- Drive diary and event management and proactively seek ways to improve client service, clinician utilisation and other commercial outcomes
- Assist Region Manager and Operations Director with business insights and reporting
- Support Region Manager in driving organisational priorities
**Please note you will need to be a qualified, practicing MNZAS Audiologist to be considered for this position.**
