Our Auckland team are seeking a Receptionist with 3-5 years experience in working for a large organisation. The role will be a combination of reception and administrative support duties where you will deal with many different aspects of a busy office, including some facilities related requirements for the Auckland office.

This is a great role where you will have the opportunity to utilise your current strengths while developing a broad range of new skills.
- You are an experienced and committed receptionist, looking to commit yourself to a role for at least 1-2 years.
- You are a well presented, self-motivated individual who is bright and enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills including exceptional phone manner.
- You have the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work accurately under conflicting time pressures.
- You have great attention to detail, organisation, accurate data entry and typing skills.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook (intermediate level) - Excel spread sheeting essential.
- You have proven initiative in previous roles.
- A driver's licence as you may be running daily errands.
- You can work from the office 5 days per week.
