**About the Role**

We are recruiting for a team of seasonal staff to join our Liquid Semen Despatch Laboratory from August until December. This is a semen despatch laboratory that provides liquid semen nationwide to farmers for artificial insemination of their cows. This is a fast-paced operational environment that emphasises quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

In peak season (October and November) we operate 7 days a week and use a 5 on 2 off roster. The two days off are consecutive but not necessarily Saturday or Sunday.

Hours of work will be a minimum of 40 hrs per fortnight and up to 40 hours per week in the peak processing period. Flexibility around early starts will be required.

No prior experience is necessary, full training will be provided.

- Flexible and willing to learn a wide range of tasks
- Punctual
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in a laboratory or production environment is valuable but not essential.
