We have a
**People and Performance (P&P) Manager** position available in the Fletcher Steel P&P team and we’re keen to talk with you if you’re looking a new challenge

We’re based in
**Mt Wellington, Auckland** however with 750 employees across 30 sites across the country we’re often out and about working alongside the business.

You’ll provide both support and leadership in operational & strategic areas of People and Performance with particular focuses on P&P strategy, change management, organisational development, leadership capability across all areas of the operation. However, we have the chance to shape this role around your skills It is likely that you will bring the benefit of significant experience and have a deep skill set and leadership capability around areas such as talent management, transformation or leading improvements of workplace culture, with ability to relate to and influence a wide range of people.

You will engage all levels within the business through a pragmatic and solution-based approach to ensure your advice is sought after. You will display strong relationship management skills and have sound business acumen, and you would be guided by your strong values set. Being in P&P means that often we need to take a leadership position and you’ll be comfortable in that space.
