**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

This is a key role within the People & Performance (P&P) team and provides dedicated support, providing generalist advice, management and guidance on complex employment relations case management and change and culture support.

This role works collaboratively with our Senior P&P Business Partners, Consultants and Talent Acquisition Consultants to provide essential support and implementation of AT's people related strategies and programmes.

As a trusted advisor you'll need the ability to quickly engage and build effective relationships. Ideally you will have experience in working in large and complex organisations with the focus of developing a high performing and inclusive culture. You'll need an inquisitive mind with a creative yet outcome focused approach to supporting in people related matters.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, or related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR Advisory
- Experience in handling complex ER matters and a good understanding of NZ employment law
- Previous experience in providing coaching and advice to people leaders, especially in ER matters
- The ability to understand business issues and demonstrate a business focus
