**_PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 6-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT_**
- You will have a background in administration, retail, and/or customer service. This a varied role with the opportunity to use and develop your current knowledge and create a rewarding career in the Hearing Care Industry.- Managing the day to day operations of the clinic.
- Reception duties
- Managing clinic diary
- Running daily reports through our CRM system.
- In-house hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
- Local Marketing

**_About You_**
- Exceptional customer service experience with a genuine desire to help people
- Keen to develop their knowledge in Audiology, with potential to train to be a Tele Assistant.
- Confidence to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- High level of general computer literacy required
- Have an interest in participating in local marketing initiatives out in the community
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
