Our talented and committed team know they contribute to something greater than themselves - they enhance the lives of New Zealanders with hearing loss, their families and communities.- We have a network of over 70 locations around New Zealand providing hearing services and solutions with a focus on hearing diagnosis and hearing aid fittings.- We are looking for a casual Client Care Coordinator to join our team based in Tauranga.- You will have a background in administration, retail, and/or customer service. This a varied role with the opportunity to use and develop your current knowledge and create a rewarding career in the Hearing Care Industry.**Key Tasks**:

- Managing the day to day operations of the clinic.
- Reception duties - delivering an excellent standard of client care.
- Managing clinic diary (appointments) to optimize our busy clinicians' time.
- Running daily reports through our CRM system.
- Data integrity management and maximizing opportunities to interact with our clients.
- In-house hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
- Local Marketing - work with the wider clinic team to develop creative strategies to build our brand in the community.
- Tele Audiology support for our Virtual Audiology team.

**The ideal person for us would have the following attributes**:

- Exceptional customer service experience with a genuine desire to help people
- Open work within our Tauranga clinics
- Keen to develop their knowledge in Audiology, with potential to train to be a Tele Assistant.
- A team member with a natural affinity for calling our existing clients and database management
- Confidence to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Operationally minded and commercially savvy, high level of general computer literacy required
- Have an interest in participating in local marketing initiatives out in the community - help us build Tauranga's client base with your local knowledge
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to interact with the wider Triton team and suppliers
