Four Square Taumarunui seeks a Store Manager to manage daily operations, staff supervision, inventory control, and compliance. The role ensures smooth functioning of the grocery retail shop and excellent customer service.

**Position Title**: Store Manager
**Number of Positions**: 1
**Location**: Taumarunui, Manawatu-Wanganui
**Pay Rate**: $32 - $36 per hour
**Hours of Work**: 30 - 40 hours per week

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience OR Level 4 or higher qualification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the grocery retail shop
- Manage staff rosters, training, and performance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and food handling regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate sales and financial records
- Implement merchandising and promotional strategies
- Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to company standards
- Prepare operational reports for management
