We are seeking a talented and motivated Retail Store Manager for our Sylvia Park store, who thrives on delivering outstanding customer experiences, motivating others and driving store performance.

The Role:

  1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping environment
  3. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of retail associates
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  5. Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement

About You:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the outdoor or lifestyle industry
  2. Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to engage and inspire customers
  3. Strong leadership and team-building abilities, to develop and motivate staff
  4. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, while working independently and as part of a team
  5. Proficient in using retail management software and technologies
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. A passion for the outdoors and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
