Due to our current incredible Assistant Store Manager heading off on new adventures, we have a full-time, permanent ASM role available in our Mount Maunganui Store Come along and work with our amazing team, who encourage and inspire our customers and each other daily.
In the role of ASM, you will be based at our Mount Maunganui store working alongside our customers to provide top quality service and solutions to their queries. You will manage stock levels, organise new collections and be sales focused. You will be a reliable person our regular customers come to know and love too, which is a super wonderful part of the role
**The role**:
The role of our Assistant Store Manager varies and includes, but is not limited to:
- Ordering and managing store stock including ordering weekly refills, specific items for customer orders, ordering new store stock and solving discrepancies with stock.
- Communicating with head office for a variety of reasons, including requesting marketing campaigns and information regarding new releases.
- Assist in event/campaign organisation.
- KPI tracking and management, as well as managing sales on our busiest sales day of the week, Saturday.
- Organising stock management systems and processes in store.
- Sales focus, promoting and showing our aim'n way to the highest standard.
- General cleaning and organising to keep the store running smoothly.
**What we are looking for**:
- Previous management or ASM experience (preferred but not essential).
- Reliable, trustworthy, honest and willing to give 100%.
- Eager to learn, take on board new information and problem solve along the way.
- Someone with a can-do attitude.
- Someone who can commit to 5 days per week, Tuesdays - Saturdays with core hours being between 9:00am - 5:15pm.
