**About the role**

In this 12-month fixed-term role, you will support the rates and revenue functions, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and contributing to the smooth operation of rating processes. Your role will involve managing the Rating Information Database, assisting with ratepayer inquiries, and collaborating to uphold a high standard of service.

**Who we are looking for**

Ideally, you will possess:

- Experience in administration with a willingness to learn rating and valuation processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Acts with honesty, integrity and trust
