We are seeking an enthusiastic Counter Sales Person to join our friendly team at the Dunedin Branch.

You will be the first point of contact for customers coming into the branch, providing exceptional customer service, goods, and advice to our loyal Dunedin electrical customer base.

Electrical product knowledge or previous electrical wholesaler experience would be advantageous, however if you have a passion for customer service excellence and are willing to learn, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties include**:

- Exceptional customer service at our trade counter
- Assisting customers with sales orders and returns
- Accurately picking orders for dispatch

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week (between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm)
- Saturdays (on a rotational roster 9am 12pm)

- A real passion for customer service excellence
- Ability to multitask and manage task effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A can-do, positive attitude and a smart approach to problem-solving
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn and use systems
