**Assistant Staff. Or PA.**

As you working with the Incomes and accounting side you should be able to help to grow your
own income that fits in the Business planning with payouts to shareholders.

Working in Takapuna North Shore, Auckland. Office and from Home. Training provided, travel to support Branches, 20 FH offices, over a Billion Doller business NZ wide.

**Tasks**:

- Speak and support 20 FH Branches nationally.
- Help to build this new business based from old system that has been actively working from Feb 1980 even working today.
- Great with Grammer and spelling with ability to produce top class business documents and proposals. Someone special who is happy to take up this challenge.
- Build a data base Of Broker Dealers nationally.
- Build a base of brokers working Nationally as well as In OZ.
- Ability to compose professional letters/ proposals to Hotel and Motel properties and Other Property developers.
- Work with Financial groups and banks and International Funders.
- Support out base team and later International Team.
- From time-to-Time Travel to help Build presentation with Owner / Founder to Build this new division
- Always make all our customers / clients with thoughts of “ what a great firm are we working with.
- Keep paper filing in neat and tidy order and support Fonder / owners to keep all professional and clearly in professional Order
- Knowledge of how Xero Accounting work or to train sell on all models of Xero accounting.
- Work closely with Accounting and SW Development team.
- Saving mental approach to help to build this new business. Working closely with sales division and owners.

- With life experience with proven track record. Very familiar with New Zealand places and Locations & History.

- Always planning and how to fix difficult situations and make Customers / Client feel when they leave that they were given a fair and Correct deal that they will always remember.
- As you will work with one of the owner’s who is cinematic and always build a “ WOW “ factor and always deliver the very best that no one ever expect, since 1980 till now.
- To be art of this you will be expected to travel from time to time to support Hotels motel properties and 20 Branches in NZ and later in OZ.
- This is a business that will grow and operate Internationally in 140 countries very soon hopefully in next 2 years. Your role is to be part of the team that make this all happen.
