SkyCity Auckland is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Group Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will execute and deliver the assurance plan and support SkyCity to meet its compliance obligations and drive efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute end-to-end internal audits, including reporting and active follow up of issues raised through the assurance programme.
- Support with the uplift in maturity, effectiveness and efficiency of the control environment and assurance framework.
- Support the Group Assurance team with ad-hoc projects, as required.
- Build a strong relationship with internal management, and internal and external auditors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the business as a trusted risk advisor.
- Travel across all SkyCity sites will be required.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an audit or risk management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated capability in data analytics
- Strong action-oriented, continuous improvement ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel across SkyCity sites.
