We’re already the established leader in Australasia and revolutionizing the way people do business travel in the USA and Europe - and we’re growing We’re hiring people from different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives to help us build a world-class team and product. **Requirements**: - We're looking for an experienced Principal QA Engineer to join our engineering leadership team in Auckland and work across our engineering teams to help build beautiful, resilient, robust products._ **What you'll be doing** - _Setting the QA technical vision of our Serko products_ - _Collaborating with product to align the QA vision with our product vision_ - _Guiding and mentoring our QA’s in our cross functional product delivery teams_ - _Improving our QA practices across engineering_ **What you'll bring to the team** - _8+ years QA related experience_ - _Passion around QA practices and technologies that the rest of our engineering team can learn and leverage_ - _Openness to receiving and giving feedback in a safe and inclusive work environment_ - _Excitement about learning how our industry operates_ - Strong product/development collaboration skills with a pragmatism around delivery - Experience in advocating software quality - Experience inspiring change across multiple cross functional product delivery teams - Experience mentoring others Experience with reading and writing Javascript - Experience with SQL - Familiarity with backend service languages such as C# or Java **Benefits** It's important to us, that our people can bring their whole selves to work.
