Join our team as a **QA Automation Engineer** and play a critical role in transforming our test processes through advanced automation and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll drive test coverage, improve automation frameworks, and mentor colleagues, contributing to delivering high-quality solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Shape the strategic direction of our automation toolset and testing processes.
- Work with developers, QA engineers, architects, and Product Owners to optimize software design for automation.
- Mentor and coach team members in adopting automation practices.
- Review requirements to ensure robust test coverage for hardware and software.
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for new features and bug fixes.
- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to minimize manual testing, increase efficiency, and improve product quality.
- Partner with development teams to design automation-ready features.
- Manage and report manual and automated test execution outcomes.
- Use Agile methodologies to optimize workflows and drive quality outcomes.
- Communicate with technical and operational audiences across various channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and field engineers.

Degree in a related engineering field (or equivalent experience).

At least 5+ years in software/firmware and hardware test automation.

Hands-on experience with GPS & mobile communication testing (bench and field-based).

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, TFS, and TestRail. Agile Scrum methodology expertise.

A personal vehicle and license for occasional test drives.
