We are looking for an experienced Field Service Repairs Manager to lead their Repairs team, based at their offices in Mangere, Auckland.

This is an exciting position for a switched-on leader to provide effective leadership to the Field Service Repairs Technicians and Co-ordinators. As part of the senior management team, this is a key role operational role, and you will need to lead and provide technical support, as well as have an excellent understanding of the importance of effective and efficient planning and scheduling to ensure the fleet of equipment is well maintained. There is a real focus on assessing best practice and identifying areas of improvement and quality control to ensure the best optimisation of their resources.

- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Field Service Technicians fostering a culture of performance excellence
- Monitor productivity and ensure your team have the appropriate skills, tools, and resources to reach their potential
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Engage with our clients to better understand their needs and continuously improve client experience and client outcomes
- People leadership including performance management, recruitment, training and coaching.

**Qualifications** What you will bring**
- Technical or business management qualification to a minimum of NZQA L6 or similar
- 5+ years’ management experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated competency in compliance management requirements
- Demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally, and building effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Understanding of NZ 3551 requirements will be advantageous
- Ability to identify problems and take action
- Demonstrated ability to absorb, interpret and communicate new concepts, techniques, methods, and technical know-how.
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills with a high standard of work ethic
- Experience using field service technology
- Customer focus and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
