The New Zealand Intelligence Community (NZIC) is looking for a competent Commercial Coordinator to get amongst enhancing Aotearoa's national security. Te āhuatunga a te tūranga | About the Role
This role sits within the Commercial Services Unit which is responsible for facilitating high quality commercial management, procurement and supply solutions for the community. You will work within a team providing advice on commercial solutions with varying levels of complexity. The team works in a supportive and collaborative manner.

**In this role you will**:

- Work with the portfolio and category managers to support all commercial activity.
- Complete contracts and purchase orders while supporting broader procurement activities i.e., relationship management, negotiations, and planning.
- Assist the team in completing management reporting, workflow management, and any other process improvement activities.
- Have a 'can do' attitude with strong motivation to get things done.
- Be keen to work in a solutions focused, high energy, and fun team that prioritizes delivering great customer service to all stakeholders.

To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively, you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada, or Australia for at least 10 years.
