**So, whats this job all about then'**

The answer to this is a lot of different things, so you need to love variety
- Hospitality You will be acting in a concierge meeting and greeting our customers as they arrive at the store, ensuring our facilities are all kept immaculate and welcoming for our guests, and the coffee machine and customer lounge are all well-presented.
- Admin You will be responsible for daily admin tasks such as receipting payments, creating purchase orders, reconciling cash & EFTPOS banking daily, and ordering office supplies as required.
- Sales You will be supporting the sales team by dropping off and collecting vehicles and suppliers, checking details on all sales paperwork, completing change of ownership and vehicle registrations, and answering calls and taking messages when needed.
- Service You will be supporting the service team by dropping off and collecting vehicles and customers, answering calls and taking messages when needed, and greeting waiting customers.
- Compliance You will be responsible for ensuring our Levin store is compliant in Health & Safety, and will be our store Environment Champion maintaining our Toit Envirocare standards.
