**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and engage potential clients to promote our services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the cleaning or Airconditioning industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $88,172.80 - $242,003.68 per year
