**Commercial Sales Representative - AJ Event Hire Limited**
**Location**: Auckland Region
**Pay Rate**: $29 per hour
**Hours**: Minimum of 30 hours per week

AJ Event Hire Limited is a growing event hire business providing high-quality equipment and services for a wide range of functions across the Auckland region. We are seeking an energetic and motivated **Commercial Sales Representative** to join our team.

**About the Role**

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our event hire services, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for meeting potential clients, marketing the business, and ensuring the continued satisfaction of our existing customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell AJ Event Hire’s products and services to new and existing clients.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Visit clients to identify and secure sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and assess satisfaction levels.
- Monitor client needs and industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Support the business in developing new marketing and sales initiatives.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Minimum of **three years of relevant experience** in sales, marketing, or account management; or a **relevant qualification** in sales or management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
