**ABOUT THE JOB**

**Position**:Logistics Coordinator

**Location**:Sulphur Point, Tauranga

**Hours**:6am - 4pm Monday - Friday, Saturdays when and if required a guaranteed minimum hours of 47.5 per week,

**What You’ll Do**:
Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot whilst maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Processing trucks in and out of the yard using our own in-house booking system
- Reconciling booking spreadsheets
- Directing and instructing truck driver movements in the yard
- Assisting with internal and external enquiries
- Communicating yard movements with ground staff via RT
