**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
As a Principal Business Process Consultant / Architect, you will have an excellent understanding of the overall SAP MP&S, DM and/or IBP solutions and how they should be implemented in conjunction with other solution components of the S/4HANA Suite or SAP Cloud products. You have a in depth understanding of the integration between different technology platforms and their related architecture is a must. The principal business process consultant / architect facilitates the design, implementation, deployment with the aim to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will partner with the client and possible with 3rd parties to analyse and define business requirements, technology, processes, and objectives to scope project deliverables for the same but having the overall architecture in mind. You will work alongside the account teams in the software evaluation process, to develop SAP-centric solution scenarios and needed architecture, prepare implementation plans and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success.

**Qualifications, Skills and Competencies**
- Proven professional experience working as a principal consultant / architect.
- Has gained expert knowledge (15+ years) in SAP MP&S and across newer cloud solutions such as DM and/or IBP (5+ years), ideally covering at least 10+ full implementation life cycles.
- Shows a proven deliver experience in projects that have included SAP MP&S, DM and/or IBP associated processes/scenarios like,
- Discrete, Process, Project, or Repetitive Manufacturing
- Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order other strategies.
- Optimisation in PPDS
- MRP Live
- DM with execution, resource management, insights, connectivity, production operator dashboard, etc..
- IBP with DP, S&OP, Supply Planning, DDMRP, etc..
- Has a clear understanding and hands-on integration experience across other processes and solutions such as SD, MM, QM and FI/CO.
- Can conduct S/4HANA MP&S, DM and/or IBP centric workshops with all contributing parties.
- Understands the business drivers and outcomes of a production / manufacturing solutions in the correlated aspects of the different industries, such a consumer product, mining, utilities, pharmaceutical, etc..
- Knowledge of SAP’s Model Company approach, industry trends in Supply Chain Management process and best practices (where applicable).
- Technical and development skills a plus.
- Clear understanding of functional integration aspects with other SAP modules and solutions.
- Experience in end-to-end Business Process Solution Design.
- Experience leading customer project members as an SAP project manager (PMI, Six Sigma Black belt, or equivalent certification)
- Ability to represent SAP to customers delivering on high volume and high-risk projects.
- Able to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and business focus.
- Passionate about technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges
