JD build is a leading landscaping and business dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces with quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team and help streamline our operations.

**Job Summary**:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Oversee customer service and client communication to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in financial management, including invoicing, budgeting, and payroll
- Maintain office supplies and inventory management
- Coordinate with field staff to ensure project timelines and resource availability
- Implement and improve administrative processes for efficiency
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee management tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field, or equivalent 3 year experience- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Knowledge of the landscaping industry is a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Shift work
