**About the role**
We are seeking a personable and proactive Team Coordinator to join our Auckland Tax and National Risk teams As a Team Coordinator you will support senior leaders and team members to drive efficiency and provide amazing service to clients. We have an open and honest, trusting environment that supports staff development and believe that this enables us to provide quality client service.

Your previous Team Coordinator or administrative experience will ensure that you have an eye for detail and never miss a beat. You will thrive in a team environment ensuring all the pieces from client reports to team events come together, making improvements as you go.

You will work with a wider support team but have the autonomy and opportunity to take ownership of your role.

Your responsibilities will include:

- assisting with client onboarding, proposals, and communications
- Planning and coordinating client and internal meetings, liaising with key stakeholders
- Support the team with month end processes including client billing and debtor management
- assisting with relationship checks
- managing and updating risk registers
- monitoring risk compliance processes
- process improvement, document management and filing responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple internal systems, including training and up-skilling team members as needed
- Arrange ongoing training for the team
- working closely with the wider team to ensure work is completed efficiently

About You
- Previous Coordination or admin experience will see you hit the ground running
- A proactive and intuitive work ethic
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence learning new systems and MS Office suite
- Efficient with MS Office suite - delivering professional presentation style
- Superb organisation and time management
- Strong relationship focus with a professional & collaborative approach to dealing with a variety of people
