ell Pizza is a leading pizza Brand which was founded in 1996 and has more than 70 stores across New Zealand. Apart from offering best pizzas, menu includes lots of other delights like pastas, desserts and much more.

HELL ALBANY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee HELL ALBANY’s great Kitchen and Delivery Team, ensuring that they continue to bring the best Pizza, Pasta, Salad and Sides in NZ to Albany.

We’re looking for someone to maximise the potential of our HELL ALBANY team. You’ll have to be a hands on manager who is keen to drive consistently delicious food out of our HELL ALBANY team. Of course you’ll also have to have awesome customer service skills, be a team leader and have a great sense of humour You will:

- Assist with the overall running and management of the store;
- Ensure 100% customer service and product quality, and drive a customer service culture across the store;
- Direct and motivate a team within a busy fast food environment;
- Be responsible for running shifts and the store in the Manager’s absence;
- Maintain the highest standards of food and service for the store;
- Train and coach staff and drive performance;
- Drive excellent store presentation and food preparation;
- Ensure food hygiene standards are adhered to;
- Building on the overall reputation of HELL brand and Store

We are looking from you:

- Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a team
- Business qualifications to help with the running of the store
- Confident, fun loving and collaborative leader
- A desire to succeed for yourself and the business
- Great Customer service skills (hospitality or retail)
- Passion to train and coach others
- Experience within a customer service environment (hospitality or retail would be ideal but is not essential)

Hours of work may vary, all applicants must be prepared to work at weekend nights and after hours until 11pm.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or valid NZ work Visa.
