About the role
As an important part of our Enterprise Software Delivery leadership team, your prime focus as our Chapter Lead Business Analysis will be our people - by coaching, mentoring, and building confidence and team connection. Leading from the front, you'll drive and champion Agile ways of working and build environments for our people to thrive. You will provide technical leadership across delivery and leverage your specialist skills to ensure the optimum team composition across projects and scrum teams. You will be enabled and supported to drive systems thinking, design thinking and Agile change management.
About you
People you've worked with will describe you as an approachable and composed leader with strong commercial acumen. You achieve success through others while maintaining trusted, credible partnerships across the business. Success in this role will come from drawing on your experience leading agile/cross functional/matrixed teams, within large and complex environments, and in your technical breadth and understanding across IT domains and processes.
