**PURPOSE**:

- Assist the Administration function in the office
- Support the implementation of ISO standards and procedures

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- General upkeep and maintenance of the office.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and stationeries and place orders when necessary.
- Liaise with external parties including suppliers on office maintenance and office equipment matters.
- Responsible for the filling of all local office documentations.
- To assist in scanning and print functions whenever necessary.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to work independently
- Responsible and accountable to the line manager

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: Up to $1,750.00 per month
