We are currently looking for a **Design Sales Consultant **to join the team at our Tauranga store in a full time, permanent position. You do not need to know tiles, but an interest in interior design and a passion for helping people realize their dreams when it comes to their spaces, would REALLY set you apart

**About you**:Ideally, you have a design qualification coupled with some experience in consultative selling, utilizing your creativity. You love the customer interaction, have the gift of the gab, and enjoy helping our customers find the best solutions.

It can get busy, and you need to think on your feet, so resilience is key But we are all here to support your journey. With training and time, you’ll be able to provide recommendations of products, upsell and cross-sell. We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and enjoys a variety of work.

You are a stickler for detail, therefore, when you’re not busy helping customers, you’ll ensure our showroom looks immaculate, for any potential client visitors. After all, by doing this, you will be able to show our customers the huge range of tiles that we stock and sell, which will help them solidify what they want in their minds

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Great communication skills
- Be physically fit
- Solid computer skills
- A sales background would be ideal, but isn’t essential, consultative customer service would also help
- Ideally a degree in Design would be advantageous or similar
