The FM Administrator role is within our Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract to provide facilities services for the Auckland South Corrections Facility offering comprehensive soft and hard services, together with other operational requirements in order to maintain contractual obligations. Together with core service delivery, our ASCF team provides multi-disciplined building services and is responsible for delivering a comprehensive lifecycle replacement program for the 25-year term.

This role would be perfect for someone who likes to plan, organise, and prioritise their work in order to meet strict deadlines and provide timely and accurate information to all stakeholders

Having worked in a similar role in facilities/asset/property, you’ll have a positive, can-do attitude and will come to work amped and ready to help out this busy & engaged team You will be exceptionally organised and show willingness and enthusiasm to work at pace in a high-volume environment. Your excellent communication and relationship building skills will be vital in your day-to-day dealings with internal and external contract teams. You will also bring with you:
Good knowledge of computerised works management systems (WMS, DES SAP, Maximo etc. advantageous)
A basic level understanding of accounting
Attention to detail is your middle name You dot the i's, cross the t's, and leave no stone unturned.
Be a team player who collaborates and communicates effectively in this high-volume, time-based environment.
Have a curious & tech-savvy nature with the ability to confidently operate the MS Office suite.
Good knowledge of handling Asset/Equipment related information
NZ Building Compliance beneficial
