Delivering an amazing customer experience in every store; for every customer; every time - is the key to our success; and our team are the masters of creating this. We are searching for our next leader to guide our team in creating the SHARPEST customer experience, while also maintaining our high standards in all aspects of our business. **As a Tarocash leader you**:

- Are passionate about menswear and providing an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer.
- Have management experience with proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets both personally and through your team.
- Can identify opportunities in store to maximise sales.
- Have the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team.
- Can lead from the front and support our company’s culture and values.
- Have good time management and can execute company directives in a swift and through manner; with a keen eye for detail.
- Have a can-do attitude that thrives in a team environment.
