**Job Description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Property & Facilities Manager **to join our award-winning **Real Estate Management Services **team**, **based in Wellington.

We are looking for a motivated professional to manage a portfolio of commercial properties in the Wellington region, with an emphasis on planning and proactively maximising opportunities for client portfolios.

**The value you'll add**
- Attend to all property and facilities management related enquiries and requests
- Ensure all property compliance and H&S requirements are met
- Arrange maintenance and repairs that are required
- Manage H&S compliance of suppliers
- Able to liaise and negotiate with both internal and external clients
- Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients
- Support the strategic direction of the client property, lease and portfolio management programmes and standards
- Able to manage multi-layered projects and manage stakeholders expectations

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in real estate practice or property services or relevant experience
- Working towards REA Salesperson’s License
- The ability to travel nationwide and a current clean full driver’s licence
- Proficient with computer systems and database management
