**What you’ll do**:
**A very exciting Process Operator role has become available as part of the Manufacturing team in DSM’s Auckland site. In this role you’ll **undertake all day to day machinery and production tasks safely and to a high standard, to ensure all goods manufactured meet the quality requirements of our customers and the company and are produced with maximum safety and efficiency, ensuring the production plan is completed “On Time in Full”.

- Rotational shifts - 6:00am - 2:30pm, 2:00 - 10:30pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Operating of the process equipment to the requirements of company procedures.
- Inform Team Leader or Lead Operator of any abnormalities in running conditions without delay.
- Maintain daily production records in real time ensuring safety critical and quality checks are completed correctly
- Be the first line of problem solving and maintenance of your assigned plant and equipment.
- Conduct regular safety and pre-start checks of production equipment to ensure it is fit for use.
- Assist in routine maintenance and shutdown maintenance as directed by Team Leader.
- Ensure maintenance requests are raised in a timely manner in FIIX.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shift - 6:00 am - 2:30pm and 2:00 - 10:30pm
- Location: 32 Bruce McLaren Road, Henderson, Auckland

**You bring**:

- School Certificate, Level 2 NCEA or equivalent qualification
- Level 1 manufacturing certificate is preferred
- Understanding of Safety and Health requirements
- Proven ability to work in a food manufacturing environment and experience with Food Safety and HACCP systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with technical equipment
- Understanding of Quality requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Minimum Literacy and Numeracy level 3
