A newly created role that will play a key part in ensuring smooth administration of both information security and physical security processes at Te Pūtea Matua. This is a unique opportunity to take your first step into the worlds of cyber and physical security. Te tūranga - The role The Protective Security Administrator is a new role in our Digital Solutions & Security group. In this role you will carry out administration of information security and premises security systems, and in support of our personnel security lifecycle. As a Protective Security Administrator you will manage and set-up secure access for users and manage the administration processes involved. As we are implementing new tools and systems this role will play a key part in developing and embedding the administrative processes and procedures that will ensure compliance and effective service. This role will contribute to the continuous improvement of security controls by working either individually or in a team to initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations as you grow in the role. Click here to view the position description. Ō pūkenga - About you To be successful in one of these roles you'll have:

- Experience in a technology administration or service support role
- An interest in IT administration systems and/or interest in cyber security
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proven ability to provide analysis and recommendations
- Technical aptitude (a qualification or experience in IT will be an advantage)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
