**We are a small, vibrant, dedicated team of 11, and you will be a valued addition to our happy, high-paced clinic. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and service to our patients with a high level of expertise and the latest technologies.**

**Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art tools, including two Airflow units, an Aquacare, Trios scanner, voice-activated Florida Probe, Cavitron, Piezon, Pearl AI X-ray diagnostics, and a SprintRay 3D printer.**

It's time to join one of Auckland's leading dental clinics and be part of New Zealand's first Digital Smile Design Clinic at Lumino the Dentists City Dental at Quay Park.

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Oral Health Therapist to join a forward-thinking team in Auckland, offering comprehensive care in a part-time position. This role is ideal for a driven, self-motivated individual looking to expand their potential and take the next step in their career.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for you if you want to work with a team of experienced dentists who will treat you like a professional and who encourage skill development and further education. In well-equipped settings, a database of education patients that have been part of an established treatment and maintenance programme for 30+ years, you will be able to practice optimal care.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Providing hygiene treatment to a broad range of clients to a high standard.
- OHI and review appointments to ensure that our patients are the healthiest they can be.
- Working with the Senior Clinicians and another hygienist to provide excellent, comprehensive clinical treatment to our patients.
- Providing an active Risk Management programme for caries and tooth wear management.
- Setting up for clinical appointments prior to the patient arriving.
- Maintaining a safe and efficient environment for patients to receive care.
- Booking ongoing appointments for all patients.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure that the day runs smoothly.
- Recording patient notes and medical history accurately.
- Passionate about your chosen field.
- Enjoy sharing your knowledge and skills with your patients.

- An outstanding clinician with attention to detail.
- Experience in caries risk management programmes is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable and able to discuss restorative procedures.
- An awareness of digital technology - the practice is fully digital with scanners, x-ray, photography

**To be successful in this role, you will need to hold unrestricted registration as an Oral Health Therapist (or equivalent) with the Dental Council of New Zealand, along with a current Annual Practicing Certificate (or the ability to obtain one).**
