We are looking for two experienced Support persons to work as IT Support Specialist. RESPONSIBILITIES You must have worked in Support & Troubleshooting of Computers i Laptops, servers Phone, iPad, Android and IP hardware including Cameras and Communication equipment’s also have done commissioning of IT hardware, We are looking for someone with component level repair experience who can assemble and disassemble Computers, Laptops, phones, Tablets, POS systems and servers. Have worked with Windows, IOS and Android Software. have done Software installation and servicing of IT Equipment's i.e., computers, printers’ mobile phones and handheld devices, Point of sale systems and backup solutions for businesses or home clients. Our customers range from small to medium sized businesses, home users and Educational Institutions. The Successful applicant will have to be comfortable working with hardware including repair work on PCs, laptops, Printers and Point of Sale Systems. You will be providing Customer Support, Service and troubleshooting plus repairing PCs, Laptops, Tablets and Cell Phones, including iPhone / iPad and Android powered Mobile phones. You have to interact with our clients and give them advice on IT related matters A passion for helping clients get the most out of their technology, utilizing your customer service skills in the process. An interest in Information Technology including home entertainment and communications will be an advantage. Preferably you can drive a car and can work on your own PAY AND CONDITIONS - Full time permanent position - As a It Support Specialist you should have a Degree/ Diploma Level IT qualification - At least 3 years’ experience required - MCSE, Windows Server, Windows 7 & 10, 11 certifications, CISCO, A+, and Network+ would be an advantage. - Experience in AWS, Small Business Server, Windows Server, IOS and Apple products. - Minimum hourly rate: $25 per hour - Maximum Hourly rate: $29 per hour - Minimum hours: 30 hours per week - Maximum hours: 70 hours per week - Monday to Saturday - Shifts to be determined as per roster The successful applicants may be required to complete pre-employment drug screening and be eligible to work in New Zealand either as a resident or by holding a current work visa.
