**Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA)** provide a range of services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises. The group comprises four key areas: Asset Management, Procurement, Public Private Partnerships and Digital.

We have an exciting and transformational plan ahead designed to modernise our infrastructure and technology platform, delivering life changing digital technology for the people we manage and our staff. With this in mind, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to join the **Digital Senior Leadership Team** as a **Principal Advisor**.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

In this new and exciting role, reporting into the Chief Digital Officer, and working alongside the Digital SLT, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Provide high level strategic, organisational and operational advice and insights
- Take ownership of, and ensure the robust delivery of a range of objectives and projects
- Head up the organisational risk management function within the digital space
- Generate advice, responses, and recommendations on analysis, reports and papers received as required
- Link, facilitate, and build relationships to enable the Digital team to succeed.

In addition to your significant strategic nous, you'll also bring:

- Experience operating at a senior level within a large IT/Digital environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to engage with, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to produce results in a complex and fast paced environment
- The soft skills to manage relationships and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders from a range of backgrounds.
