We are looking for 10 Hotel Maintenance positions for our hotel

Prince's Gate Hotel built in 1897 is an old boutique hotel with 51 rooms restaurant bar andmeeting rooms. It has been masterfully restored through passionate attention to detail situated atRotorua's finest address in the heart of the city.
As Hotel Maintenance you will manage the overall day-to-day maintenance of the hotel assetsproperty and equipment.

Position Summary:

- Location of Work: Rotorua
- Type of employment: permanent and at least 30 hours per week. Overtime may be required.
- Days required: Rotating roster including weekends
- Pay: $30 per hour

Key Duties for Maintenance
- Responsible for carrying out day-to-day repair and maintenance requirements of the buildingfacilities and equipment as well as the surrounding areas of the Hotel Car Park grounds andstorage areas.
- Maintain records of repair work and daily checks as required by local Council Governmentand Manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all external areas of the hotel are neat and tidy and maintained in line with companystandards.
- To carry out other tasks and responsibilities as and when required by the Management.
- Flexible shifts that include weekends.
- Understanding of systems to support driving results.

- Relevant experience is preferred but not essential
