**Project Sales Support - fulltime, Auckland**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
The Project Sales Support is the link between the sales and installation functions inside the national team, supporting New Installation/Modernisation sales in administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring the correct transfer of all relevant data and information in the order process.
- Be responsible for monitoring the Project Procurement Milestones.
- Develop and maintain the project cycle Work to list.
- Generate Basic tenders on behalf of the Salesperson.
- Assisting the Salesperson process the orders.
- Assist with the final configuration of the sales processing.
- Assist with the monitoring of the Sales pipeline, tender submission, post tender calls, etc.
- Assist with the Quarterly Newsletter and company's website.
- Assist data input post sale in high workload situations.
- Support the customer in absence of the Salesperson.
- Support all Salesperson nationally as directed by the National Business Development Manager
- Maintain sales marketing material.
- Assist in marketing events.
- Register and modify Account & Contact non-financial data. Responsible for the correctness of their entries over time.
- Assist for the monitoring of first claim billing (printing, dispatching, etc.) of the sales orders.
- Follow up the network activities assigned to this function
- Make the manual changes of non-technical data in the system
- Processing and tracking Contracts.
- Maintaining Credit approvals as required.

- Minimum 2 year experience in elevator industry in similar position or technical sales
- Outstanding communication skills, proficient in English
- SAP experience is desirable
