Our 300+ seat venue currently operates as a German restaurant with an upcoming rebranding as a Kiwi gastropub set to happen first week of June. If you have over 3 years of management experience, a zest for delivering exceptional customer service, and a genuine love for beer, wines, and cocktails, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the daily operations run seamlessly, maintaining standards and guest satisfaction.
- Lead the bar team, fostering an environment that encourages learning, customer service and fun
- Sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge with both the team and our cherished guests.
- Work with our kitchen crew to facilitate good communication.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Flourish in the fast-paced rhythm of our establishment, making quick and informed decisions during peak periods.
- Assist in overseeing inventory management and stock control, ensuring the restaurant is consistently well-stocked and organized.
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies, promotions, and special events.
- Champion health and safety, guaranteeing the restaurant is clean, secure, and compliant.

**Qualifications**:

- A current Duty manager Licence and/or LCQ qualifications.
- 3 years in a management role as a mixologist / Bar manager
- Current and Valid New Zealand work rights.
- Experience in high-energy, fast-paced dining environments.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, characterized by your ability to inspire, mentor, and nurture team members.
- Proficiency in managing reservations and point-of-sale systems.
- Familiarity with Food safety regulations, ensuring a spotless and organized restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
