Neptune Pacific Direct Line (NPDL) is experiencing a period of significant transformation. **Job Description**:
Part of NPDL, Container Repairs and Sales (CRS) provides full empty container services including storage, repairs, sales, modifications and leasing. Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for a Service Delivery Lead to join our team.

In this fast-paced role, you will provide administrative support to the National Depot Manager & depot team members. Included in this role are reception duties and general day-to-day office tasks such as meeting room set up, stationery orders and greeting clients and visitors to the depot. You will be kept busy by completing reports and workshop sheets, dispatching, liaising with stakeholders and customers and a whole lot more.

**Qualifications**:
You will be committed to delivering the best service possible to our internal and external stakeholders. An intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft suite - especially Excel - is desirable. Your excellent communication skills will shine through, along with your strong organisational skills.

You may have a lot of administration experience, or you could be just entering the workforce and keen to learn - full training is provided for the right person. This could be a great career path for anyone with a great attitude and a desire to learn.

You will also have the ability to pass Ministry of Justice and ACC checks as well as a drug and alcohol test as part of our recruitment process.

Additional Information

This role is based in Panmure. There is a minimum of 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am -5.00pm, with rostered Saturday mornings. Flexibility to work overtime to meet operational requirements will be required - there are great overtime rates offered
