CARTERS Henderson are looking for an organized Mandarin Speaking sales administration extraordinaire to join their trade sales support team who are known for their commitment to service and local community and need another loyal go-getter to keep up the pace.

**About the role**
Alongside your team, you will play a pivotal part by servicing our trade customers where working at a fast-pace and customer service is key.
- ** Liaise with trade customers and account managers**to make sure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and any issues are resolved quickly.
- ** Coordinate with transport providers**to organise timely delivery to customers.
- ** Organise buy-ins**and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
- ** Provide top-notch customer service**by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.

- ** Confident and articulate.**Skilled in both written and verbal communication
- ** Building or trade industry knowledge**is advantageous.
- ** Mandarin Speaking**is a must
